Property was as described. We found the unit and the property were well maintained and clean. Easy access to the beach. Great view from balcony. Everything we did in Myrtle Beach was a short drive. Management was responsive to any questions we had. Would recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing stay in Myrtle Beach.

Second visit to this property. Great location and full ocean front view. Clean with everything we needed. New washer and dryer this year. It was a combination unit with both as one unit. Small capacity with a long run cycle.

Very happy with laction & amenities. The only issues were: guest bathroom sink slow drain, guest bed after stripping sheets had stains on pillow & mattress cover; trash & heavy dust under beds & furniture. Also it seemed ridiculous to provide only 1 roll of toilet paper & 1 trash bag for a full week's stay.

This condo is just as advertised. It's in the perfect location where the beach wasn't too crowded and traffic was light but close to everything you want to do and see. The kitchen is very nicely equipped and the beds are comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed the entire week.

We booked directly through Carolina Dunes, and we had no issues at all. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was also clean and great to use. The ocean view was beautiful. The easy access to the beach made going back and forth to the beach with a toddler so simple. I highly recommend this condo!

The trip overall was great! We really enjoyed the condo and was a great set up for our family and was right on the beach. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the pool closed at 10pm and was not followed. Half the week a large crowd would gather and drink and be loud until after midnight. When the rental company was notified they did not really want to do anything about it. I would recommend following your rules on the property and enforce those rules.

We were over all satisfied with our rental experience. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. There were a few things in need of repair as the lock to the sliding door for the porch was broken and the sliding door in the shower in the master bath was broken. The chairs in the living room were not comfortable. We were disappointed that we were unable to use any of the dining options at the Caravelle resort due to need to charge food to a room registered to the Caravelle. The pool is small and was monoplolized daily by one large family.Despite these issues Carolina dunes is conveniently located, and the ocean view is beautiful from the balcony. Overall a relaxing vacation in a nice setting

The place was very clean and updated. The location right in the beach was so convenient especially with kids. They could run back to the condo while we stayed on the beach. The views of the ocean from our room were beautiful. We will definitely be back!!

We are here for 2 months and wish we could stay longer. We stayed here last year but in another unit, this one is much nicer by far. The only compliant we would have is the patio door does not work and should have been fixed long ago. The rails are completely corroded and back wheel is broken or not even there( not sure)so it takes both hands to open it. Otherwise the unit is in very good shape and certainly acceptable to us. I will say that management reacted immediately when we raised the issue. We had a young man Marco I think show up the same day to look at it and said he would have a glass company come and look at it as it is out of his expertise. Very nice and professional young man.

We loved this rental. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more. Having 4 beach chairs was a bonus. Very clean and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your condo with us, to bad the weather did not cooperate. We will be back.

Main kitchen appliances were new, or in perfect condition. Kitchen cupboards were new. The dishes, glasses, utensils where extremely clean. Eating there was no problem. I prefer hard flooring, but carpets in bedrooms and living room were clean and in good
shape. You can rely on photos and descriptions they are accurate. Stayed @ Carolina Dunes 3 times in 5 years, great place (((QUIET))). In summer the pool is cool, but in April it’s really cool ! I mean « c o l d » ;-))

Overall, the unit was perfect for what we needed. We were a group of 5 and had plenty of room. Kitchen was great- cooked our Thanksgiving dinner there,. Wonderful location and really enjoyed the beach- walking on it or enjoying the view from the balcony. Water in 2nd bathroom off hall was very hot and we were not able to moderate the temperature.

I booked this condo for a trip away with my In Laws. My mother in law wanted something right on the beach and the whole stay she was saying just how perfect this place was. The balcony overlooks the beach and is very private. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The only complaint, and it's a minor one is we wished there was actual dish soap. We had to run the dish washer on a number of occasions just to was a few things because there was no dish soap to wash the few glasses we used by hands.

We had a fabulous stay. The condo was clean and we had all the cooking supplies needed to prepare wonderful meals. The view from the balcony was awesome, we even saw 2 dolphins swimming. Wish our stay could have been longer. Highly recommend this place and Luxury Beach Rentals.

This was the second we stayed at Carolina Dunes and were just as happy as the first time. The area of town that it's in is close to everything. The Unit was spotless and decorated in very bright and pretty colors. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and provided us with everything we could possibly need. Dealing with Luxury Rentals was a pleasure, as always. The aim to please and achieve it. The only negative thing we found was that the pillows were not comfortable and seemed cheap and the shower heads could use replacing. The view from the 3rd floor balcony was amazing!!!

This condo is awesome. Very clean and updated. The kitchen had anything needed to cook whatever, great updated appliances, that worked well. Toaster, coffee macker, blender everything needed. Good size place for 8. Beautiful sunrises from the balcony. Plenty of chairs on deck, unlike most you only get two. Clean resort, nice pool close to beach and being oceanfront was great. Loved the code for door not having to keep up with door cards!! Plenty of towels and washing machine and dryer made it great to redo them during the week. Thanks for the starter kit it came in very handy. Only issue is the master bath shower doors had some mildew, other then that it was very clean and that is important to me. Only issue with property manager my email stopped the email giving me info but not the owners problem just my email, and they sent everything to me again when I got there.❤️

This specific condo was exactly as advertised on line. It was clean, aptly supplied and comfortable. Our only suggestion would be to have a "welcome basket" with maps, coupons, etc. and a TV channel listing. Otherwise we will definitely stay here again and hopefully soon!

Our rental was exactly as described. Clean and well appointed. Great location and convenient to everything. Other than some maintenance required on another unit that required access in our rental, no issues. Owners personally apologized and made sure that we were not inconvenienced.

This was an awesome vacation for our family. The condo we rented was very spacious for our family of 7. It was very clean. We really enjoyed it being right on the beach, it made it very easy with a 3 yr old. The pool area was also very nice and we enjoyed the kiddie pool as well. It was about a 15 minute drive to most activities. This was by far one of our most favorite vacations spots we have been. We will definitely be going back, and hopefully renting this same condo!!

The condo was great, I was clean and looked just as pictured. The building and grounds were very clean as well. The beach was also very nice. The beach in front of the condo was not packed like it was to the south and north. We would love to stay again.

My dad had a stroke last summer and also has a defibulator and has had a tough year. He loves Myrtle Beach and has been coming all his life - almost every year of his life. He is a wonderful person who is always giving to others. Following a surprise 80th birthday party with all his friends and family, my mom and my daughter and I brought him to Carolina Dunes for the week to continue celebrating. He was extremely pleased with the accomodations and thought the condo unit 302 was gorgeous. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfection and the elevators with carts - oh so helpful. We surely hope to visit Carolina Dunes again next year. Dad's health is really good now and he's ready to come again this year!!!!!

Great location! Centrally located for us! Very clean & great view! The place was quite & people were nice. No problems with reservation! Would definitely stay again. The only thing I would add for guests is to bring their own beach chairs. Some were provided in room but nothing beats the comfort of your own chair!

We have had a very nice vacation. Golfing and enjoying a nice view at the ocean. The appartement was superb and ocean front. The site is clean, secure and very quiet. We have appreciated our 5 weeks stay and we highly recommand Carolina Dunes . The only little problem was the Wi-Fi. It was not secured and we weren't able to send e-mails during our stay. We are looking to rent again an appartement at Carolina Dunes in the next few years for a longuest stay!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and provided everything we needed. We definitely would like to return. We enjoyed the small complex as it was easy to access without driving up and down parking garages. My only suggestion would be a screen on the patio door. We had to watch that birds did not fly into the living room. One tried.

All of the family stayed at Carolina Dunes. We rented about 6 units including the penthouse. My daughter and I stayed in 302 and it was lovely. Very clean, up to date and the balcony was a place to hang out. Beach and pool area extremely well cared for and right in front.

We decided to change our plans for where we usually stay and found this rental. The building and property were very clean, well manicured. The rental kitchen was recently updated and it was amazing. Super clean kitchen, all new counters, cabinets, appliances, pans, glassware and utensils. The linens were clean and overall accommodations very nice. The walk to the beach was easy, the pool area immaculate, and waking up looking at the ocean each morning is always great. We'd like to see a real table out on the balcony, soap supplied in the kitchen (and maybe coffee filters) and maybe the shower updated in the hallway bathroom. Construction at the hotel next door was quite annoying, but should be complete soon. We loved our stay at this condo and will look to return in late august to the same room. Thank you owners for taking such great care of your property.
